We pursue the highest quality standards using handcrafted solid wood frames and the Museum Antacid Passepartout A careful selection of frames ensures that you receive your artwork exactly the way you want it. Ask us for budgets.
PACKAGING
Depending on its size, you will receive your work, along with its certificate, in a flat folder or rolled up on a specific support for artistic productions. We use 100% recycled cardboard, completely biodegradable. Framed works The framed works are shipped in custom-made and reusable packaging. For pieces with glass we manufacture a specific safe packaging for the transport of very fragile pieces of art. If for any reason the work arrives damaged or is lost, contact us by email at suancesobradoiro@gmail.com.
SEND CONDITIONS
Shipping is free to all of Spain and Portugal. International shipments + 25 euros We need a maximum of 15 days for a proper printing and packaging of the work. The deadlines indicated above are estimates and, in general, the prints sent to Spain and Portugal will arrive within 10 days after the payment is satisfied. If for any reason the work arrives damaged or is lost, contact us by email at suancesobradoiro@gmail.com . WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for losses derived from incorrect shipping addresses. Refunds of your order will not be made for causes attributed to errors in the indicated shipping address.
